By registering for any Playpen Sports Academy programs, you certify that you agree to the following:
I certify that my child has no known medical or other conditions that could interfere with his/her participation in Playpen Sports Academy’s activities. I also understand and accept that the practice of soccer, both indoor and outdoor, involves certain risks of physical injury. Therefore, I, individually and on behalf of my child listed above, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Playpen Sports Academy LLC d/b/a/ Playpen Sports Academy and each of its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, successors, assignees, and licensees (hereinafter, “the Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my child’s participation in any Playpen Sports Academy program or activity. I agree that I will not bring or be a party to any legal action or claim against the Released Parties, or any of them, based upon or arising out of my child’s participation in any Playpen Sports Academy program or activity on any legal theory whatsoever (including without limitation personal injury, negligence, rights of privacy and publicity, or defamation).
I agree to supervise or designate a responsible adult to supervise my child prior to, during and immediately after his/her Playpen Sports Academy activities. I understand and agree that in case of an allergic reaction, I am solely responsible for attending to and treating my child. Playpen Sports Academy coaches are not authorized to administer medication or EpiPens. I understand and agree that Playpen Sports Academy has the right to terminate the enrollment of any child from Playpen Sports Academy if it, in its sole discretion, determines that the continued attendance of the child in the program is not in the best interest of the child nor the program.
Playpen Sports Academy and its agents reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, video, or any type of recording of participating children and their parents, caregivers, or anyone accompanying them to Playpen Sports Academy while engaged in our classes or associated activities. I consent to Playpen Sports Academy’s use of the photographs, videos, or recordings of my child, me, or the guardian I have designated for advertising, promotional, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result. I understand and agree that the email address(es) I have provided herein will be added to the distribution list for Playpen Sports Academy and its affiliate programs.
Refund, Transfers, Make-up, and General Enrollment Terms
Playpen Sports Academy does in some special cases grant a full refund (minus a $30 administrative fee) due to unique circumstances however, all requested refunds are at the discretion of the Program Director and Playpen Sports Academy does not guarantee a full refund, if any, for the season’s remaining classes before the first class of any season. Absolutely no refunds thereafter. In the event that you decide to withdraw from the program at any time during or before the season, Playpen Sports Academy does allow the option to transfer all remaining classes to another child of another family for no charge. All session transfers must be approved by the Program Director of the pertinent session. Any form of payment or reimbursement for any transferred classes is determined and facilitated solely by families involved in the transfer and is not in any way the responsibility of Playpen Sports Academy. In the event you choose to withdraw and transfer your remaining classes, you must notify the Playpen Sports Academy office no less than five (5) business days before the first class of the pertinent period, and are responsible for all charges until you do so. No refunds for missed classes. If for any reason, a class is cancelled, participants are guaranteed no more than one (1) make-up class per season, contingent to availability of Playpen Sports Academy management. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Playpen Sports Academy does not allow toys or snacks during class. Children MUST wear athletic shoes or they will not be allowed to participate in class. We recommend sweatpants or shorts. Children who wear glasses are required to use shatterproof eyewear at all times. Playpen Sports Academy is not responsible for any of your personal belongings so please keep track of your items at all times. Playpen Sports Academy will provide a t-shirt for each child, and we ask that all children wear them to class. Extra t-shirts are available ($20 each).

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
